Professor Xiaoyou He is currently not only the Associate Dean of Nanjing Arts Institute and the Dean of School of Industrial Design, Nanjing Arts Institute but also the director and committee member of several design and educational associations in China.  He has long been dedicated to design education and research.  His publications include papers and books such as “Procedures and Methods of Product Design”.  In the past few years, his research projects and designs have won him numerous national and international prestigious design awards.   

Professor He has traveled to different countries including England, Japan, France, Korea and US to further study design education.   His achievement in design education is highly recognised by the country.
