Dr WONG Joseph Francis is the Vice Principal of Hong Kong Design Institute, responsible for the academic aspects of the Campus and assisting the Academic Director in the strategic planning of the Design Discipline.
Dr Wong has many years of experience as an educator, researcher and professional in the field of architecture. A qualified architect for over 20 years, he is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and a registered architect in Hong Kong. He has been devoted to architectural education in a couple of higher education institutions during the past two decades. Dr Wong was awarded the Berkeley Prize International Fellow in 2014 for his contribution to design education. He had worked on a number of award-winning architectural design projects in major local companies before entering the academia.
