Accepted poster authors will be asked to:

1. Email the final poster file in high quality A4 size PDF format for use in the publication by 2 November 2015. All text must be outlined.
2. Register and pay before the registration deadline by 6 November 2015.
3. Bring your A1 size research poster to the conference to exhibit and present on the event day 1st of December 2015.
4. E-mail the signed copyright form to be included in the programme booklet and online catalogue. You can download the copyright here.
   
   All A1 posters must be vertical. There is no set content and layout of the research poster – it is entirely up to you, however please include: abstract title, authors’ names and affiliations, e-mail address, and a brief description of the project/work/research.
